The Williams Fluidair in-house manufacturing division is staffed with skilled machinists who are experts in the design, development and production of precision, high-quality products to customer specification or with our design assistance.
Production capabilities in our machine shop include 2-, 3- and 4- axis CNC lathes; 4-axis CNC milling; conventional milling; lathe work; and surface grinding. Design assistance is comprised of CAD/CAM, drawing in SolidWorks and CNC programming with MasterCam.
Hydraulic applications for OEM customers include custom hydraulic fittings and adapters and custom hydraulic flange and manifold blocks. General industry uses include custom turned and machined components. Production quantities range from prototype work to mid-sized production lots.
